Our vegan cooking class offers vegans a unique opportunity to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine specially designed to meet their dietary needs. More than just a cooking class, we aim to promote vegan Vietnamese cuisine in connection with our belief in Buddha.
Our activities begin with a short visit to a local market to see colorful fresh vegetables and fruits and select the ingredients for the class. In our kitchen, you will prepare 4 vegan Vietnamese recipes with the help and instructions of our cooking instructors, accompanied by cultural anecdotes. We cook together like a real family. It’s also a chance for you to learn how to prepare vegan seasonings and marinades and savor your culinary creations.
Note: Our vegan days are open every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. For other dates, please consider a private option and contact us for a customized quote. The maximum number of participants for a group experience is 10 people. If you prefer a private class for more than 15 participants, please contact us for a quote. Our class takes place in a 500 m² local villa with a beautiful garden, which can accommodate up to 45 people.
